Brad McCallum P.Ag. – Executive Director
Since graduating from the NSAC in 2006, Brad has been involved with agricultural policy at the provincial and national level. Brad came to ACMA from Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada where he was a Policy Officer in the Market and Industry Services Branch. Before working with AAFC, Brad worked as a policy analyst with the Nova Scotia Federation of Agriculture. His experience with government and not-for-profit organizations is a good fit for Brad.
Beate Acker – Financial Services Officer
Beate joined our team in October 2010 after having worked for Pork Nova Scotia for several years. Beate provides financial and administrative support to our participating commodity groups. Beate has considerable knowledge in administering the Advance Payments Program to livestock and crop producers in Atlantic Canada.
Kara Saville – Processing Clerk
Kara came to ACMA in May, 2014 with recent banking experience as well as 15 years of customer service experience. She is originally from Nova Scotia but has spent time in Utah, USA, where she received her degree from Utah State University, the agricultural university in Utah. Kara works along-side Beate on the financial side of the organization, focusing on program delivery.
